A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Assistant BRANCH MANAGER
As a Assistant Branch Manager for one of our locations, you are responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operations, including the training and supervision of branch staff. Under your exceptional leadership, all counter sales, warehouse, and delivery staff are inspired to take pride in their work and provide above-and-beyond customer service. As a hands-on leader, you model prompt, professional service when answering incoming telephone calls and greeting walk-in customers. Your style of leadership fosters teamwork, respect, cooperation, accountability, and trust.
As a strategic leader, you also come up with appropriate strategies to increase productivity and performance levels. You are goal-oriented and continually achieve your branch's financial targets. You resolve customer complaints and dispute effectively. With attention to detail and efficiency, you accurately complete transactions and paperwork. Working with outside sales personnel, you also help develop effective sales programs and promotions for your branch. You feel great about the important role you play in driving our success as well as that of the HVAC businesses we serve!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Assistant BRANCH MANAGER
- 2 years of experience in operations or store management in a wholesale environment
- Business acumen
