We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for our branches located in Bakersfield, Visalia, Fresno, Merced, Salinas and Livermore. The primary role of this position is to provide overall leadership and enhance Branch capabilities in order to drive profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer service in the marketplace.

Pay Range $65,000.00 thru $85,000.00

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure that Branches understand and execute the sales and operational strategy that drives profitable growth while delivering exceptional service to our customers
  • Effectively communicate with your team and ensure alignment and accountability amongst and between your branches and Branch Support.
  • Develop, coach and mentor your team
  • Deliver on our Customer Value Proposition of “Saving You Time and Making You Money.”
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers and vendor partners
  • Elevate efficient internal processes that support excellent customer service outcomes
  • Effectively allocate resources (e.g., talent, product, services) are effectively allocated across your Region
  • Manage the P&L

Qualifications:

What We are Seeking:

 

  • Proven ability to coach and mentor employees within high functioning teams
  • Ability to develop and execute sales initiatives through a sales force
  • Strong ability to turn strategy into executable, operational actions and deliver desired results
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Expert knowledge of wholesale distribution operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, showroom merchandising, shipping, receiving and sales.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Business management software experience (Solar Eclipse a plus)
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field), with minimum of ten (10) years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HVACR or similar industry a plus

 

This position requires the successful candidate to live within the territory he/she manages. Regional travel (i.e., within Central California) is required with occasional travel outside the Region for other business-related meetings, trainings and events.
